Patrick Flynn
Founder and Managing Partner
Mr. Flynn has more than 30 years of global leadership experience in a variety of roles and companies including FedEx, Fruit of the Loom, PACCAR Inc, and Getty Images. Recent assignments include Interim CIO for Celestica Inc, headquartered in Toronto, ON, Canada.
Mr. Flynn was Senior Vice President, Technology of Getty Images, the leading imagery company serving the global media and marketing communications industries from August 2004 to November 2006. He was responsible for both Technology and Content Operations.
Prior to joining Getty Images, Mr. Flynn was Vice President and Chief Information Officer for PACCAR Inc., the $15B global commercial vehicle manufacturer, from October 1997 to August 2004. He’s also held various global leadership positions with companies including FedEx and Fruit of the Loom.
Mr. Flynn has been frequently invited to speak on a variety of leadership and technology issues. In addition, he has been published in the CTO Leadership Strategies series of books from Aspatore on “Cost Effective Integration for Global Companies”. Organizations he has led have been the recipients of numerous awards and patents including a 1997 Computerworld Smithsonian, number 1 in PC Weeks 1999 Fast Track 50, Computer World’s Agile 100 in 2004, a 2008 CIO Magazine CIO 100 Award and various top rankings in Information Week’s Annual 500. He graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Information Systems and completed several years of post-graduate work at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
Beyond the professional, Mr. Flynn and his wife Kathleen have been married for more than 27 years. They have 3 children. He is an active private pilot with an instrument rating and owns a Cirrus SR22 single-engine airplane. His hobbies also include running, skiing and mediocre photography.

Robert Treves
Partner
Robert Treves is a Partner at Clear IT Leadership currently focused on delivering IT strategies and leadership. Mr. Treves has more than 18 years experience leading technology organizations as both a consultant and full time employee at companies including Getty Images, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young, NEC, Wesley Jessen Visioncare and Celebrate Express.
Prior to joining Clear IT Leadership, Mr. Treves was Vice President, Technology at Getty Images the leading imagery company serving the global media and marketing communications industries. He was responsible for defining and delivering strategic custom development projects to serve the global customer base.
Prior to joining Getty Images, Mr. Treves was a management consultant with Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, a global leader in consulting, technology, outsourcing, and local professional services. His focus at Cap Gemini Ernst and Young was delivering ERP solutions to multinational corporations.
He graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Masters in Professional Accounting.
